The biggest issues I have are the if the mig gun brakes you can’t just go to your local welding store and get one for it , it’s proprietary to the machine. Listen, for the money it’s a good machine.

It sits at the lower price range for multi-process welders, and it offers a wide range of features and attachments. This MIG comes with a quality made regulator and hose. Even some flux cores wire. The model 155 incorporates 2T/4T modes. But also, really important to me was, I wanted to have something that was very small and very lightweight. Ok so now the bad, which isn’t a big deal and of course the price reflects this, the wire feed housing is plastic but it does work great, it only holds 2 pound spools, not a huge deal. Welder is great. The dual voltage is also perfect in case I have to go to the kids house and they can't hook up a dryer cord for 220 volts, I just use 110.
The main selling point to me of this machine was that it didn’t have tapped controls.
This is an amazing little welder , it works well , great for teaching my son. replaced a flux core only welder with this to get away from the splatter. 4T is useful if you have a long weld to do, as it saves you having to hold the trigger down the whole time. I didn’t purchase this welder for myself. You can always tell a product or company by the way it handles issues , well this company is better than most.
I just ordered my weldor , no said what welding rods can be used for this machine, 6013,6010,6012, 1/8 or 3/16 0r is it the little rods, not sure you can burn 7018 because it a reverse a reverse polarity.
